Dr Elisabeth Ng is a PhD candidate in the Endocrine Hypertension Group within the Centre for Endocrinology and Metabolism. Her research projects aim to improve the accessibility and efficiency of diagnostic methods for primary aldosteronism, investigate aldosterone and renin profiles in the Indigenous Australian population, and evaluate the impact of various mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists on gene expression using in vitro experiments.
