Professor John Funder’s lifetime of achievement recognised

Distinguished MIMR-PHI Institute Scientist, Professor John Funder has received the ISH Tigerstedt Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his outstanding career as a research leader and mentor.
Presented at the ISH/ESH Meeting in Athens, the award recognises Professor Funder’s distinguished contributions to research, teaching and clinical activities relating to the aetiology, epidemiology, pathology, or treatment of high blood pressure and successful mentorship of younger colleagues.
