Immunity is a key component of tumour progression, that can either drive progression or promote regression depending on context. We have identified several specific proteins involved in immune evasion, whose inhibition results in prolonged survival and, in some cases, sustained regression of pre-clinical models.

This project will explore the repurposing of existing drugs, as well as the application of novel antibody-based therapies, to improve ovarian cancer treatments.
